  Observation. In the children's washroom, LO observed that the heated water accessible to children exceeds 49 degrees Celsius

  Observation. LO observed 2 children's records where the parents have listed themselves as the emergency contact.

  Observation. LO reviewed all files and observed that the file for the practicum student is incomplete.

  Observation. LO observed that the request to administer medication form was missing for a child with medication.
