  Observation. Licensing Officer observed that medication for two children with life threatening allergies did not have a completed Request for Administration of Medication form on file.

  Observation. Licensing Officer observed that a care plan on file for one child indicated an expired EpiPen.

  Observation. Licensing observed the enrollment in the daily attendance record did not match the number that was enrolled at the time of the inspection. When an educator was asked how many children they currently in attendance, the educator had to count to see how many were in the program.

  Observation. Licensing observed that they were trying to keep a log of all inspections, but it was not consistent and clear to what was being inspected.

  Observation. LO observed 4 children's records in which the parent(s) have listed themselves as the emergency contact.

  Observation. LO observed that an ECE certificate posted for one staff has expired.

  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. Licensing observed the coat room area requires additional reorganizing in order to remove the majority of the hazards. It was observed items stored on top of the Emergency storage garbage bin, which was not level or secure. It was discussed the possible rearrangements of the items to lower storage in the classrooms.

  Observation. Licensing observed that there are children records that required a medical practitioner ( consistent walk-in clinic number) and the MSP numbers.
