    Observation. LO observed that the children's water bottles and lunch containers were stored in baskets. The water bottles were touching and the lunch containers were stacked posing a risk of cross contamination.

    Observation. In the children's washroom, LO observed that the counter top above the cabinetry is being used as a storage space. A variety of boxes, containers and objects are stacked which poses a risk of injury.
