Observation. Several children had information in their records regarding medical conditions including asthma and allergies. Some of these children did not have a care plan outlining steps to be taken if the child requires medical intervention. To ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of each child, a detailed care plan should be developed in consultation with the child's parent. Submit by November 11, 2025, confirmation that care plans have been developed for children with medical conditions.

Observation. There was no record that employees have practiced the emergency plans.

Observation. A selection of child records were reviewed. The records used by employees on an everyday bases had some required information missing or it was unclear what the information recorded was related to. The child registration records kept at the facility were also reviewed and some required information was missing including name and contact details of emergency contact and permission to contact a medical practitioner.

Observation. Children were not supervised while accessing the bathrooms in the hallway.

Observation. Radon results have not been provided for this facility.

Observation. There was no records in employee files showing that a staff person holds a valid first aid certificate. Staff records were not at the facility. This was corrected during the inspection.

Observation. Child "emergency cards" were reviewed and some children did not have a digital image.

Observation. While off-site, children were not observed washing or sanitizing hands prior to eating.

Observation. The hot water was tested and found to be 53 degrees Celsius.
