  Observation. An unsecured electrical cord was accessible to a child within the crib. Unsecured cords pose a strangulation risk to children. Corrected during the inspection by the Manager securing the cord.

  Observation. Notification for outdoor play space change was not received. The name of the current Manager was not displayed
