Observation. The fridge used to store children's lunches was checked. The fridge was 7 degrees Celsius. To ensure safe storage of perishable food and drinks the fridge should be between 0-4 degree Celsius. Submit by November 14, 2025, confirmation the fridge temperature is between 0-4 degrees Celsius.

Observation. Child records were reviewed. Consent to call a medical practitioner was missing from one child's record. Ensure all required information is collected prior to a child starting. Submit by November 17, 2025, confirmation that the missing consent has been provided by the child's parent/guardian.

Observation. The hot water was tested and found to be 54 degrees Celsius.

Observation. There is one person who now requires a criminal record check that does not have one.

Observation. Reportable incidents have not been reported to Licensing.

Observation. Children did not wash their hands prior to consuming their afternoon snack.

Observation. The Licensee has not practiced the emergency plans in the last 12 months. The Licensee's first aid certificate has expired.

Observation. Children had access to their lunch kits while the Licensee was not providing direct supervision.

Observation. The Licensee left the children alone for several minutes while she chased a dog that had left the property.

Observation. The diaper mat was not being sanitized between each use. There were expired food in the emergency "grab and go" bag. There were expired food items in the AM and PM snack drawer. There were expired items in the first aid kits.

Observation. Children did not wash there hands prior to eating lunch. There were no used hand towels which would indicate poor hand hygiene practices.

Observation. There is no record of the snacks provided to children.

Observation. One child's registration information was missing the name and contact number for a medical practitioner. Identifying information that can be used to identify a child in an emergency, was not recorded fir any children.

Observation. Licensing has not received radon results for this facility.

Observation. Some child registration files were incomplete. One file was missing a current medical insurance number, and two others were missing the name and contact details of the child’s medical practitioner. One digital image was missing from the "emergency cards". Outdoor play space checks had been completed; however, there was no record of the inspections being done.
