Observation. Fire drill practice log reviewed. There is no evidence that the fire drill is practiced by the Licensee and the substitute care provider for several months in 2025. The fire drill must be practiced by all employees at least monthly. Submit by December 17, 2025, written confirmation the fire drill will be practiced monthly.

Observation. Photographs and digital images used to identify individual children reviewed. One child does not have a photograph or digital image. All children are required to have a photograph or digital image that can be used to identify them in an emergency. Submit by December 17, 2025, written confirmation that the missing image is now added to the child’s records.

Observation. The Licensee has employed a substitute care provider to work every Tuesday and most Fridays while they are on a temporary leave. Licensing was not informed of the change to Schedule B - Employee Plan.

Observation. Family Child Care is only able to have four children under 48 months in attendance on any one day. During the inspection there were five children under 48 months.

On 13-September-2022, soiled diapers were disposed of under the kitchen sink. - On 20-January-2023 the Licensee stated "diapers are being disposed of in a separate container away from the kitchen". At a follow-up inspection conducted on 28-February-2023 the Licensee confirmed soiled diapers were still being placed in the bin under the kitchen sink.
