Ensure all required information is collected prior to a child starting. Submit by November 11, 2025 confirmation that all missing information has been added to each child's record.

Observation. Soiled diapers were being placed in the kitchen garbage bin. Soiled items must be kept separate from the food preparation area due to hygiene concerns and the risk of contamination. Submit by November 07, 2025, confirmation and evidence that soiled diapers are no longer placed in the kitchen bin.

Observation. Children had access to a sharp knife in a kitchen drawer. Children must not have access to hazardous items. The Licensee removed the knife during the inspection and placed it in an inaccessible location.
