  Observation. The hot water was tested and found to be 53 degrees Celsius.

  Observation. The hot water was tested and found to be 51.6 degree Celsius. There was an entrapment hazard under the outdoor shed. This was corrected during the inspection.

  Observation. Child registration files were reviewed, one child did not have a registration file and others had out of date immunization status. One child did not have an "emergency card" containing a digital image and other information that could be used to identify the child in an emergency.

  Observation. Two children used the bathroom and did not wash their hands until prompted to do so by the Licensing Officer.
