While regular attendance was being kept, the attendance did not capture the multiple departures and arrivals that can occur during the day, due to children attending preschool at the associated facility next door for a portion of the day. It is important to record all arrivals and departures throughout the day in order to keep track of children's whereabouts at all times. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before October 27, 2025.

  Observation. One employee does not have a valid criminal record check through the Criminal Records Review Program. One employee does not have reference checks on file.

  Observation. Upon review, one employee record requires evidence of references being checked. Discussed that this could be in the form of calling references provided in the resume information, or collecting reference letters from a co-worker, and one or more current or past families receiving care at the facility from the identified employee.
