Observation. Licensee contact information has changed. Such changes require a notification to Licensing. Submit a notification of change to licensee contact on or before September 19, 2025

Observation. Children's registrations were missing the following information for each child; signed emergency consent and medical practitioner. It is required that all children's files contain this information. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before September 19, 2025.

Observation. One employee file did not contain a resume, references or immunization information. It is a requirement that all employees have the required documents on file in a single place at the facility. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before September 19, 2025

Observation. Upon review of employee records it was observed that two employees do not have valid criminal record checks, one was missing reference checks and three were missing immunization status information. Employees must have all of the required documents on file outlined in the Child Care Licensing Regulation in order to work in a licensed child care program.

Observation. A sampling of child records was reviewed. Of those records reviewed, one was missing a care card number and all did not include immunization status. Employee records were not available for review during the routine inspection and were not submitted for review by the date outlined by Licensing.

Observation. There is no current system in place to record and provide parents with information regarding food and drink given to children.

Observation. Emergency Plan has not been practiced.

Observation. Employee records are not kept on site at the facility as required. While a log of minor accidents is kept, there is no current system in place to record illness and unexpected events.

Observation. During the inspection it was noted that a care plan must be developed for a child who has a diagnosed behavioural, medical or developmental condition. This plan must be developed and reviewed in conjunction with parents. Also, attendance records must indicate arrival and departure times for children present.
