  A licensee must supply equipment, furniture and supplies that are (a) of sturdy and safe construction, easy to clean and free from hazards.

  Observation. Licensing observed that the swing set in the backyard is not sturdy and poses a fall hazard

  Corrective action. The licensee will ensure the swing set is sturdy

• RECORDS AND REPORTING

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed children's attendance records and found 5 departure times not recorded past months.

  Corrective action. Licensing said that sometimes she may have forgotten to fill it out at the end of the day.

  A Licensee must keep (b) a current record of each person to whom the written agreement is delivered in accordance with that section [CCALA s.19]

  Observation. Upon review of the children's files, there was no record of who the written agreement was provided to.

  Corrective action. Please ensure the children's files are complete.

  Observation. Upon review of the children's files, 2 enrollment dates had not been recorded.
