Observation. Two staff were missing site specific criminal record check clearance letters (CRC). The CRC's were from different organizations.
Corrective action. The Director said that she will request the results to be shared with her facility,

Observation. 3 staff files were reviewed and one staff was missing record of 2 character references.
Corrective action. The Director advised that they will obtain 2 character references.
