• A licensee must ensure that children are supervised at all times by a person who is an educator, an assistant or a responsible adult.

  Observation. A child was unaccounted for when leaving the school.

  Corrective action. The licensee will change to a less busy route to avoid the noisy area and will continuously scan the children to ensure they are with the group.

  A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Disinfectant wipes were on the counter in the washroom that is used by the children. They were removed at the time of the inspection.

  Corrective action. Please ensure children do not have access to hazardous substance
