    A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.

    Observation. Licensing observed that fire drills were logged and upon discussion with the staff member, licensing was notified that there has been no practice of the drills.

    Corrective action. 2 staff confirmed that they have not practiced fire/emergency drills. The administrator said that she will speak to the manager and ensure that the staff/children are practicing the drills on a monthly or yearly basis.
