A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation. One of the fence was missing 12 panels. The Manager advised that the damage happened last year in Nov due to the weather.
Corrective action. The Manager is to send a corrective action plan.
