  Observation. - Some child records are missing detailed account of immunization status according to Section 57 (2.1) as reviewed and discussed. - Some child records are missing a medical practitioner name and phone number.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. An office desk drawer containing push pins, adult scissors and a product that says it is for adult use is accessible to children. When this was brought to the attention of three employees, it was moved out of children's reach.
