  Observation. It was observed the facility did not have emergency evacuation equipment available to respond to any emergency. Insufficient emergency evacuation equipment and supplies may pose a risk to children in an emergency. Submit to licensing by June 6, 2025 evidence of having obtained emergency evacuation equipment and supplies.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. Two staff files are missing evidence the person has complied with the Province's immunization and tuberculosis control programs. Two staff ECE certificates have not been verified by the director of the early childhood registry.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. Two child files are missing medical practitioner phone number, one file missing medical practitioner's name. No evidence of play space inspections conducted in February 2024, March 2024 and April 2024.

• C1.2 - Does the licensee operate the facility in a manner that will promote the health, safety and dignity of persons in care?Non-critical

  Observation. Lead in drinking water results have not been submitted to licensing. Radon test results have not been submitted to licensing.
