  Observation. It appears the system in place to ensure the children's files are complete is ineffective. Some child records were missing required information such as, doctor/clinic contacts and emergency contact information.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. At the time of the inspection Licensing found sun screens on a shelf accessible to children. Labels on these items indicate they should be kept out of reach of children. This was corrected at the time of the inspection. A child's climber was found in an area of the outdoor space that isn't wide enough to give the 6 feet of clearance required for safe use.
