Observation. It was alleged the water bottles children use while in care at the facility are unclean and are not being properly washed and sanitized. Based on conversations with the manager, it was confirmed the children's water bottles are not being washed and sanitized daily. Daily washing and sanitizing children's water bottles will prevent bacterial and mold growth which may reduce potential health issues such as gastrointestinal problems and respiratory issues. The licensing officer determined the allegation to be substantiated. Submit to licensing by June 27, 2025, a plan that details how you will ensure the children's water bottles are washed and sanitized on a daily basis.
