  Observation. The hot water in the Preschool bathroom sink is 50.1 degrees Celsius. Water over 49 degrees Celsius poses a scald/burn risk to children. Submit to Licensing by April 2, 2026, evidence the hot water accessible to children does not exceed 49 degrees Celsius.
