  Observation. Licensing observed the following during today's visit: *Door leading to the Under 36 Month room was unlocked. *The laundry room door located in the nap area was unlocked.

  Observation. Licensing observed that the photographs on file do not reflect the child’s current appearance, as the photos were taken when the child was much younger.

  Observation. There are children who have diaper cream with medicinal content yet no signed medication form nor record of administering was available.
