Observation. LO observed that children were not directly supervised at all times. LO followed up with an additional email to the licensee regarding the observations made during the inspection (see email attached in HH). Transitions were not appropriately scheduled; children were moving within the building and outside on the school grounds without direct supervision at all times. The manager was informed of these concerns.
