  Observation. During today's visit, Licensing was informed that one child was napping in the nap room. Licensing observed the child napping alone with a baby monitor present; however, staff were not observed actively monitoring the baby monitor during the inspection.

  A healthy and safe environment is provided at all times [CCLR Sec. 13(1)].

  Observation. The program mops/janitorial supplies were being stored beside the toilet in the U-3 bathroom, allowing children direct access. Some cleaning bottles had labels, some did not. Surfaces are not being cleaned prior to sanitizing.

  Observation. Outside there are some pieces of equipment that are not in good repair and should be removed from children's access. There is debris stored around behind the shed which children could access.
