  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. LO observed the following in the children's bathrooms: -In one bathroom, a large hole was observed in the wall behind the toilet. -In another bathroom, a metal support post located beside the toilet was unstable and observed to wobble, likely due to a loose screw. -In one bathroom, holes were observed above the sink, likely from a previously mounted device.

  There is an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency. [CCLR Sec. 22(1)(b)]

  Observation. Fire extinguisher next service due date is August 01/ 2025. Emergency supplies on site. The emergency food is expired. The licence is aware and has a plan to replace the food.
