  Observation. No Fire drill/Earthquake drill sheet could be found today.

  The licensee keeps a current record for each child showing the information required. [CCLR Sec. 57]

  Observation. Facility uses HiMama electronic record system. Paper emergency forms are also kept in a binder. Several required documents like a photo and Immunization status were missing today.

  Prior to employing staff the manager has met with each person and has obtained the appropriate documentation. [CCLR Sec. 19(1)]

  Observation. A Child Care staff list was completed and attached in the staff document binder. This list and a review of staff files revealed several staff with missing documents.
