  Observation. Attendance records include the dates children attend the facility, but arrival and departure times are not always recorded.

  All persons over the age of 12 that are ordinarily present on the premises while children are present are of good character and the licensee has obtained a criminal record check for each person. [CCLR Sec 20]

  Observation. One of the Educator criminal record check clearances has expired. A discussion occurred with the Manager regarding obtaining a new clearance.

  Observation. Please ensure that the emergency plan is posted and set out in a prominent place to show the procedures of what to do in care of an emergency. Please post the emergency exit plan from classrooms in prominent place by both classrooms.
