  Observation. There are several tubs of diaper cream that contain medicinal ingredients that do not have signed permission to administer.

  Observation. Not all staff files were complete. Missing items were ECE verification and CRC specific to the facility.

  The entire outdoor play area is enclosed and constructed in a manner that is suitable for the age and development of children, and ensures that children are free of harm. [CCLR Sec. 16(3)(a)(b)]

  Observation. There was a sandbox that did not have a cover on it while not in use. The fence and wood features, including lattice around stairs, surfaces have sharp edges, splintering wood.

  Observation. There is one staff working who does not have a valid CRC.

  Observation. An incomplete file was presented for a part time staff.

  Observation. The fire extinguisher is past due for service. Jan. 30, 2024.
