    Observation. It was communicated to Licensing that the emergency food and water are not taken with staff during emergency drills.

    Corrective action. Ensure that these items are in a container that can easily be transported and taken by staff during emergency drills.

    Observation. Licensing observed that the emergency drill for the year 2024 was not recorded.

    Corrective action. Ensure that this information is recorded and completed yearly.

    In respect of a record referred to in this Division, a licensee must (a) keep in a single place at the community care facility the records referred to in sections 56 to 58.

    Observation. Licensing observed that no documentation was available for a substitute employee that was on-site today. This is a repeat contravention #CGEE-CUTVCT 18-Aug-2023 & #CGEE-CJG42S 20-Sep-2022.

    Corrective action. All employees must have all required documents as per CCLR s. 19 (Character & Skill Requirements) on-site.

    Observation. It was observed that four care plans were not reviewed annually (all dated 2022) with a parent or any person requested to by the parent. There was also one other care plan that was not signed or dated. This is a repeat contravention #CGEE-C73LR2 20-Sep-2021.

    Corrective action. Ensure that care plans are reviewed annually, and that these documents are signed and dated.
