    Observation. A child requiring extra support lacked a care plan. The manager explained that the child only attends on some days of school closure.

    Corrective action. All children w/ extra support needs require a care plan. CCFL provided the manager w/ a blank copy of Food Allergy Canada's "Anaphylaxis Emergency Plan."
