Observation. Licensing observed that five children's medical practitioner contact / clinic name and contact phone number was missing/incomplete. This item was noted on inspection report # CGEE-CDGRQN - 14/Apr/2022.
Corrective action. Ensure children's information on file is complete.

Observation. *Repeat violation from FIR #CGEE-ANQTG8 (27/Jun/2017)* The fire extinguishers' annual service date was by 15/Jan/2022.
Corrective action. Please obtain servicing for the fire extinguishers.
