    Observation. Licensing noted there was no record of an emergency drill being completed in the past year. The licensee said it was practiced, however it was not recorded.

    Corrective action. Ensure a current record is kept respecting compliance with section 22(2)(b)(c) of the CCLR.

    A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (f) a log of minor accidents, illnesses and unexpected events involving children, that did not require medical attention and were not reportable incidents described in Schedule H.

    Observation. Upon discussion with the Licensee, it was confirmed that minor incidences have occurred, however these incidences have not been documented.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection there was cleaning supplies located in the bathtub accessible to the children. The Licensee removed this during the inspection.

    Corrective action. Ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided and cleaning products are inaccessible to children in care.

    Corrective action. Ensure medication is inaccessible to children in care.
