  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.

  Observation. 10 out of the last 17 days of attendance records did not indicate the children's departure times

• EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS

  A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multiple cleaning products were observed in an unlocked cupboard in the kitchen area accessible to children. The Manager moved the products to be inaccessible while licensing was on site.

  Corrective action. Ensure children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to their health or safety.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed 6 children’s files and noted one did not contain record of immunization status.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept for each child showing immunization status.
