  A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].

  Observation. Fire drill was practiced for the month of November but not recorded.

  Corrective action. The Manager said she will ensure to record down when drills are practiced.

• RECORDS AND REPORTING

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a) name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.

  Observation. Upon inspection, 2 out of the 8 children's filed that were reviewed did not have MSP numbers on file.

  Corrective action. Please ensure there is a record showing the MSP number for all children.

• STAFFING

  A licensee must ensure that children have at all times immediate access to an employee who (a) holds a valid first aid and CPR certificate, provided on completion of a course that meets the requirements of Schedule C.

  Observation. Upon inspection the staff's first aid had expired.

  Corrective action. Please ensure that children have immediate access to an employee who holds a valid first aid and CPR certificate.

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (b) date of enrolment in the community care facility.

  Observation. Upon inspection, the date of enrollment was not noted for children in care.

  A licensee must keep, for each child requiring extra support, a current care plan showing the following information: (b) the courses of action recommended by health care professionals to address the needs of the child requiring extra support.

  Observation. A care plan does not include the course of action recommended by health care professionals for a child requiring additional support.

  Corrective action. Please ensure there is a care plan that lists the course of action recommended by health care professionals.
