EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation. Upon inspection of the outdoor playground, the screws on two of the gates have come out making it difficult to keep the gate closed.
Corrective action. Please ensure the community care facility, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair.
