    Observation. Licensing reviewed the staff schedule and observed the following: - In the Group Child Care Under 36 months, there is no IT staff scheduled after 3pm - In the Group Child Care 30 months to School Age, there is no ECE scheduled after 4:30 - In the Multi-Age, there is an ECEA scheduled all day

    Corrective action. The manager said she will change staff schedules in two of the classrooms and apply for an exemption in one.

  • EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS

    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Licensing observed the following: - an extension cord with uncovered outlets, accessible to children - a small stereo on a shelf above the height of children, with an unsecured electrical cord accessible to children which could pose a hazard if a child were to pull the cord.

    Corrective action. Manager corrected these items during the inspection.
