Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that (b) the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.
Observation. It was identified that an ECE Assistant has been opening in the Multi-Age program when it should have been an ECE staff.
Corrective action. Please advise on corrective measures for the staffing schedule.

In respect of a record referred to in this Division, a licensee must (c) produce records, on demand, to the medical health officer.
Observation. A staff present during the inspection did not have a file at the center for review. The staff member advised that they submitted their documents to management upon hiring.
Corrective action. Please ensure staff have their records on-site.
