Observation. The Licensee has not obtained the equipment specified in a child's care plan or sufficient information to carry out the the course of action requested in a care plan by the parent of a child requiring additional support .
Corrective action. The Manager will review the care plan with the parents to ensure that the course of action requested can be carried out.

Observation. A child who will not be 3 years old by December 31, 2020 was present in the Preschool program
