A staffing plan was previously approved by Licensing but expired in December 2021. The requirements for continual appropriately qualified staff was discussed with the Manager.

Observation. A care plan does not include the course of action recommended by health care professionals for a child requiring additional support. Further discussed with the Manager that the care plan is required to guide staff as to what signs and symptoms the child will present with, and what course of action is recommended to address the child's needs. The care plan posted is a generic form for general use, and not specific to the child.

  • OR SUPERVISION

A licensee must ensure that children are adequately supervised by qualified employees in sufficient numbers to meet the needs of each child.
