    A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.

    Observation. LO observed the following: Various cleaning supplies were stored under the sink in the main play area. This cupboard was not locked and was accessible to the children.

    Corrective action. Ensure that cleaning supplies are stored safety out of children's reach.
