  Observation. There was no written record of an emergency drill

  Corrective action. Ensure that a written record is recorded for emergency drills.

  A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.

  Observation. LO observed the following: Various cleaning supplies were stored under the sink in the main play area. This cupboard was not locked and was accessible to the children.

  Corrective action. Ensure that cleaning supplies are stored safety out of children's reach.

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.

  Observation. Not all children onsite today were signed into the program shortly after their arrival.

  Corrective action. Ensure that children's current records are kept.
