In respect of a record referred to in this Division, a licensee must (a) keep in a single place at the community care facility the records referred to in sections 56 to 58.
Observation. Required records for one of the staff who was providing care for children were not on site for Licensing to review.
Corrective action. The Licensee will provide the records to Licensing for review and will return the records to the site.
