    Observation. There is no record of an emergency drill being completed. The Manager said that they completed one last year.

    Corrective action. Ensure that there is a record of fire and emergency drills. This is a repeat contravention.

    Observation. Fire drill records were reviewed and one month was missing. Manager said that they discussed fire safety with the children in December but did not record it.

    Corrective action. Manager will ensure that the fire drills are always recorded.
