Observation. The infant toddler program had an infant toddler educator and early childhood assistants scheduled to work. It was discussed that the second staff would need to be an early childhood educator.
Corrective action. Ensure that staff are scheduled according to schedule E.

A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. The gap below the fence was greater than 3.5 inches in one area.
Corrective action. For prevention of entrapment, spaces must be smaller than 3.5 inches or greater than 9 inches according to the Director of Licensing Standard of Practice Safe Play Space.
