  Observation. The emergency plan evacuation food supplies were observed expired which may present a risk to children if consumed. The contravention was discussed with the licensee. Submit by May 26, 2025 identifying how you have corrected this contravention.

  Observation. Lysol wipes labeled "keep out of reach of children" were observed accessible in the washroom which presents a risk to children. This was resolved during the inspection and the product was made inaccessible to children.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. Two child records are incomplete missing care card numbers.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. Repairs are required for the broken shelf in the play kitchen and one door is broken (broken door corrected during inspection). The desk has some peeling material that could become a choke hazard for young children (this was resolved during inspection).

  Observation. The outdoor climbing wall is missing a screw and the other screws securing the wall are beginning to come loose. Please ensure the wall is securely fastened to keep this equipment safe. This is an item that could be added to your daily outdoor safety checklist to ensure future compliance.
