Observation. C1.1A - Reg.10(1) - An off-site activity plan was initially submitted to Licensing upon acquiring a Community Care Licence however, the plan has been changed and implemented without notification to Licensing. This contravention is related to the incident report submitted on November 27, 2024.

Observation. C10.2C - Reg. 34(2) - The Group Child Care (under 36 months) and Group Child Care (30 months - School Age) program were observed today with groups not meeting the ratio of employees to children as per Schedule E of the Child Care Licensing Regulation. C10.2D - Reg. 39(1) - A child was not supervised for a period of time during an off site activity. This contravention is related to the incident report submitted on November 27, 2024. A safety plan has been temporarily implemented with staff to child ratios exceeding the requirement of Schedule E of the Child Care Licensing Regulation. Licensing is to be updated with the formalized plan that identifies how continuous supervision will occur at all times.

Observation. C4.1L - Reg. 58(2) - A care plan has not been developed for a children requiring extra support. This contravention is related to the incident report submitted on November 27, 2024. C4.1N - Reg. 58(3) - A child care plan has been partially developed however, there is no record of behavioral guidance provided to the child, and its effect.

Observation. C7.1L - Reg. 17 - The Group Child Care (under 36 months) program had a folded shade tent stored in the cubby area. This tent was not secure and presents a safety risk if it fell or was pulled over by a child.
