  Observation. A child had been given a prescribed medication, however, there was no record of the time or dosage given.

  Observation. The fire drill had been practiced in February; however the practice had not been recorded on the fire drill practice log. Corrected during the inspection.

  Observation. Staffing records were reviewed and each were missing some of the required information such as criminal record checks, reference checks, and immunization status.

  Observation. The Licensee’s system for ensuring that employee files contain all of the legislated requirements was noted to be ineffective. Licensing found staff files to be incomplete. Missing items included: Immunization status, validation of certifications, and a Criminal Record Check.
