  Observation. Upon inspection it was noted that a fridge used for storing children's food/drink registered at 5 degrees Celsius, above the allowable 0-4 degrees Celsius range allowable.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. Upon review of documentation and discussion with the Licensee it was noted that the Emergency Preparedness Plan has not been practiced and documented in the past 12 months.

  Observation. Upon review of documentation and discussion with the Licensee it was noted that the Emergency Preparedness Plan has not been practiced and documented in the past 12 months.

  Observation. During inspection of outdoor play area it was noted that the sandboxes have no covers. In order to reduce risk of spread of illness, and to keep the material clean, a non-permeable cover is required.

  Observation. Upon review of a sampling of child records it was noted that two required further information in order to be complete, one record required a medical practitioner's name and phone number, the other required the medical practitioner's phone number.

• C10.2 - Are children supervised, and are employee to children ratios maintained?Critical

  Observation. Upon review of complaint, it was noted that the Licensee contact confirmed that the separate service types had been mixing in the yard.

  Observation. Upon review some attendance records were occasionally missing arrival or departure times for children.
