During interviews it was stated from witnesses that at times one staff person was short of patience with children in the program. This part of the complaint is substantiated. Employees must ensure that they are using appropriate guidance techniques with children to ensure the children's mental health is protected. Notify Licensing by July 28, 2026 of actions taken to ensure children receive appropriate guidance from all employees and any supports put in place for the identified employee.
