  Observation. Licensing observed modifications to the outdoor play area, including an expansion of the space and the installation of new fencing. However, Licensing was not informed of these changes prior to their implementation. Licensees are required to notify Licensing and submit plans before making any changes to ensure compliance and safety. Please submit a notification of the changes to the outdoor play area to Licensing Direct and include an updated site plan reflecting the new dimensions and fencing by June 30, 2025.

  Observation. Licensing conducted a review of a sample of child records and identified one record lacking required information. Keeping accurate and complete child records is crucial for maintaining a safe, responsive, and compliant child care setting that supports each child's health, development, and overall well-being. Please submit to Licensing Direct by June 16, 2025, confirmation that all facility child records have been reviewed and verified as complete.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed staff records with the Licensee and Manager and the facility system for updating and ensuring compliance is maintained. Although the facility has the original Licence to Practice for Early Childhood Educators employed at the facility, the Licensee must also ensure records include evidence of validation from the ECE Registry for any Licences to Practice.
