  Observation. The Licensing Officer found the under 36 month program had children sleeping in two separate napping rooms, one room had one staff member present inside while the other one had no staff member inside with one child present. The staff member was present outside the room cleaning and there was no baby monitor, the door was closed and a loud sound machine was on. Staff stated they conduct physical checks every 30 minutes. It is essential to monitor what is happening on a continual basis, so you can instantly intervene to protect children's health and safety. Submit by October 10, 2025, how you have addressed the requirement for continuous supervision.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. The Licensing Officer found two separate staffing files had the same copied reference letters and statements. There was no evidence that references were actually checked. As per Section 19 of CCLR, a Licensee must not employ a person until all required documents have been obtained. Submit by October 22, 2025, how you have addressed the requirement of obtaining the required documents in Section 19 of the Child Care Licensing Regulation.
